All cups are made live on Tiktok so that you can watch the process and see your order come to life in real time. If you would prefer for your order to be made offline, you may leave a note with your order letting me know what you would like.

If you choose to have your cup made offline, please note that I cannot be held responsible if you are not satisfied with the final result, and refunds will not be issued. Watching the live process gives you the opportunity to see your order come to life and request small adjustments in real time. All sales are final.

All glitter, charms, and other inserts are included with your cup purchase.

Decals are only sold with cups. Any decal-only orders will be refunded.

All apparel is made to order and made offline. When purchasing apparel, please make sure to include detailed instructions in the order notes specifying which decal goes on which shirt, as well as the placement (front, back, or pocket design). If no placement is specified, the design will automatically be placed fully on the front of the garment.
